The Breathing Room
In bed — once a week, 60 minutes, small group
Virginia Woolf wrote that every woman needs a room of her own. This is yours — once a week, in your own bed.
I guide you through an intention, 20 minutes of gentle conscious breathing, and integration. One honest step toward how you want to feel — without promises of miracles and without pressure for results.
Course of the meeting
Intro & Intention
We start with a short introduction and reflection prompts. Each participant has their own time to find their intention.
Breathing Session
20 minutes of conscious, gentle, connected breathing.
Integration
Time to come back, ground and find closure. Time for reflection — we look for ways to bring the experience into everyday life.
If you're tired of
Personal development that promised breakthroughs and left you feeling not strong enough, not consistent enough — or knowing everything but still reacting the same way.
This hour is designed differently. Small group. Clear structure. Low investment. Language without pressure.
How do we work?
This is a gentle, conscious, connected breathwork practice. It helps the nervous system feel safe enough for the body to regulate and gradually release what no longer serves — at its own pace.
These are not breathing exercises, intensive catharsis, pranayama, or Wim Hof style. This is body and awareness work in a spirit of gentleness and mature agency.
Who The Breathing Room
is for
-
For you, if you feel overwhelmed and are looking for grounding in the body — not more motivation in your head. -
For you, if you want to pause before you snap. -
For you, if you want the first small, tangible step: more calm before a difficult conversation, more presence with your children instead of being frozen and tense, more play, lightness, recovery.
Who it's not for
-
If you're looking for a one-time emotional explosion or a guaranteed mystical experience — this is not the format. -
If you're in an acute mental health crisis — please contact a doctor or psychotherapist first. -
If you prefer individual work — 1:1 sessions are here.
What you get
