Breathwork retreats
The retreat begins the moment you make the decision to dedicate your time and full attention yourself.
I create retreats so that real stopping can happen - one where you don't have to prove anything or fix anything.
I invite you to a space where external conditions support the internal process: beautiful, quiet places close to nature, nutritious food, intimate structure and clear frames.
My presence and method of conducting are based on long-term breathing practice and bodywork. My nervous system it sets the field - the pace in which you can relax, slow down and be with what is. We do not speed up processes. We give them time to settle down and integrate.
The Retreat is not an escape from everyday life or an intense experience to be "completed". It is an entry into a process that begins with a decision and can continue to mature in life. We work with intention, with the body and with mindfulness - so that step by step you can move towards a life that is truly yours.
As the host, I accompany what appears, without doing anything for the participants. I create a safe, regulating space, I care about structure, clarity and completion of the process. The responsibility for readiness and depth of work remains with the person who decides to join.
What is Retreat?
-
Time dedicated to yourself – the process starts with your decision. -
Deep stop – without the need to repair anything. -
A supportive space – soothing nature and intimate atmosphere. -
Regulation of the nervous system – a pace that allows for true relaxation. -
Integration, not escape – an experience that matures in everyday life. -
Safe frames – professional accompaniment in your own process. -
Your readiness, my support
The course of the retreat
Day One - Arrival and landing
We meet for lunch together and give each other time to really arrive - release the tension of the road, settle in space and in a group. In the opening circle we create a safe one field for this time together and I introduce you to the Rebirthing approach Breathwork Mastery. The first breathing session allows you to gently open the process and listen to what you come with. In the evening we slow down - integration, rest, gentle closing day.
Day Two - Deepening and Embodiment
We start the day with contact with nature - a walk that helps the nervous system to regulate itself and expand the space in body. A morning breathing session takes you deeper into your intention and internal landscape. After sharing a meal, we return to the process - the afternoon session allows you to integrate what moves and strengthens the new direction. We close the day with creative practice integrating or with free movement - so that the body can express itself and ground what happened in the breath.
Day three - New Year
The morning session is the moment of conscious entry into the New Year - with body, by presence, by choice. In the closing circle we give meaning this experience and gently prepare to return to everyday life. Dinner together is symbolic closure retreatu - a moment of being together before going on with our lives, already with new quality.
